The following incidents were reported by Butner Public Safety:

June 7

• James William Moss IV, 21, of Butner, was arrested during a traffic stop and charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver a schedule II substance. Moss was issued a $20,000 secured bond and placed in the Granville County Detention Center.

June 8

• Communicating threats was reported at Food Lion Distribution Center, 1703 E. D Street.

• A hit-and-run was reported at 623 Coley Road. Troy Lee Rigsbee, 47, of Creedmoor, was arrested and charged with DWI, hit-and-run and no operator’s license. Rigsbee was issued a $3,000 secured bond and placed in the Granville County Detention Center.

June 9

• Frankie Dwight Kearney, 28, of Durham, was arrested during a traffic stop and charged with possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana and maintain a vehicle for storage of a controlled substance. Kearney was issued a $14,000 secured bond and placed in the Granville County Detention Center.

June 10

• A larceny was reported at Central Regional Hospital, 300 Veazey Road. Someone allegedly stole a HP laptop.

• A breaking and entering, larceny and property damage was reported at 2073 E. Lyon Station Road. Someone allegedly entered through a window and stole jewelry, a firearm and money.

• A breaking and entering, larceny and property damage was reported at 1911 W. B Street. Someone allegedly kicked in the back door and stole assorted change.

• A domestic assault was reported in the 400 block of West F Street. As a result of the incident, James Junior Jones, 66, of Butner, was arrested and charged with assault on a female. Jones was issued no bond and placed in the Granville County Detention Center.

June 11

• Allan Alston, 39, of Durham, was arrested during a traffic stop and charged with possession of a schedule II substance, maintaining a vehicle for storage of a controlled substance, and carrying a concealed weapon. Alston was issued a $25,000 secured bond and placed in the Granville County Detention Center.

• Samela Renee Dendy, 33, of Durham, was arrested for an outstanding order of arrest. Dendy was issued a $900 secured bond and placed in the Granville County Detention Center.

• A breaking and entering, larceny and property damage was reported at Jack’s Best Buy, 315 Central Ave. Someone allegedly shattered a front window, entered the business and stole money.

• An assault was reported at Twin Circles Mobile Home Park, 800 E. C St.

June 12

• A larceny was reported at 401 W. G Street. Someone allegedly entered by cutting a lock on a chain-linked fence and stole copper from the location.

• A larceny was reported at Family Fare, 110 Central Ave. As a result of the incident, Peter Jacob Lagattuta, 31, of Henderson, was arrested and charged with larceny. Lagattuta was issued a $1,000 secured bond and placed in the Granville County Detention Center.

June 13

• Marilu Reglado Olvera, 38, of Butner, was arrested during a traffic stop and charged with DWI, three counts of child endangerment and resist, delay and obstruct. Olvera was also issued a citation for careless and reckless driving, failure to maintain lane control and improper turn. Olvera was issued a $5,000 secured bond and placed in the Granville County Detention Center.

• Larceny was reported at Food Lion, 2531 E. Lyon Station Road, Suite J.

• A hit-and-run was reported at Central Regional Hospital, 300 Veazey Road.
