The following incidents were reported by Butner Public Safety:

Oct. 18

• Alhaji Samgba Marrah, 30, of Greensboro, was arrested during a traffic stop for an outstanding order for arrest. Marrah was issued a $350 secured bond and placed in the Granville County Detention Center.

Oct. 19

• Marni Stephans Jackson, 46, of Creedmoor, was arrested during a traffic stop and charged with DWI. Jackson was issued a $1,000 secured bond and placed in the Granville County Detention Center.

Oct. 20

• Fraud was reported at Speedway, 1546 Highway 56. Someone allegedly passed counterfeit $100 bills.

• An assault was reported in the 1700 block of Flint Court. As a result of the incident, Michael Alan Chappell, 55, of Creedmoor, was arrested and charged with assault. Chappell was issued a $1,000 secured bond and placed in the Granville County Detention Center.

Oct. 22

• A larceny was reported in the 600 block of Eindhoven Lane. Someone allegedly stole a vehicle battery.

Oct. 23

• Michael Davis Martin, 41, of Butner, was arrested during a traffic stop and charged with DWI, driving with a revoked license, and speeding. Martin was issued a $2,500 secured bond and placed in the Granville County Detention Center.

• A breaking and entering into a motor vehicle was reported at Colonial Mobile Home Park, 810 E. St. Someone allegedly entered an unlocked vehicle and stole a wallet.

Oct. 24

• Joshua Thomas Bullock, 37, of Kittrell, was arrested for outstanding warrants for uttering forged instrument, obtaining property by false pretense, attempt to obtain property by false pretense, forgery of instrument, and larceny by employee. Bullock was issued a $88,000 secured bond and placed in the Granville County Detention Center.
